Refund policy

At Apex Covers, every seat cover is individually produced to match the vehicle year, make, model information submitted at checkout. Because our products are custom-made and not mass-produced, returns and refunds are governed by the conditions outlined below. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.

Eligibility for Returns or Claims
Requests related to damaged, incomplete, or incorrect items must be submitted within thirty (30) days of delivery. To be eligible for review, the product must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition, and the request must include the order number along with clear photographic documentation demonstrating the reported issue. Claims that lack sufficient documentation or show evidence of use, installation wear, or alteration may be declined or approved with a partial resolution.

Custom-Made Product Limitations
All Apex Covers products are manufactured specifically for the customer’s selected vehicle year, make, model, and configuration. As a result, items are not eligible for standard returns once production has begun. If a product does not align with the vehicle details provided at checkout, our team will evaluate whether a correction, remake, or exchange is appropriate based on submitted photos and order information. Each request is independently evaluated based on the original order details, submitted documentation, and production specifications.

Final Sale – Custom Colors
All custom color orders are final and non-refundable. Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded due to color preference, shade variation, or change of mind.

By placing an order for a custom color, the customer acknowledges and accepts that color perception may vary due to screen settings, lighting, and material differences.

Warranty Coverage
Each order includes a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing-related defects such as stitching failures, material defects, or construction issues under normal use. Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, normal wear, modifications, or external factors is not covered. 

Order Modifications and Cancellations
Orders may be canceled or updated within twenty-four (24) hours of purchase. After this window, production preparation typically begins, and changes or cancellations may no longer be possible. Customers are responsible for verifying vehicle information, configuration selections, and order details prior to submitting payment.

Fitment Review Process
Because seat covers are tailored to vehicle specifications and installed by the customer, minor variation in appearance or snugness can occur. Before requesting a refund based on fitment concerns, customers are expected to review the provided installation guidance to ensure proper placement. If concerns persist, customers should submit clear photos of the installed covers for review. Our team will assess whether the fitment aligns with the specifications ordered and advise on next steps, which may include adjustments, corrections, or replacement where appropriate.

Refund Determinations
Refunds are considered only after a claim or return request has been reviewed and approved. If a return is authorized, items must be received and inspected before a refund is issued. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within approximately ten (10) business days following inspection. Requests may be denied if the product matches the original order specifications, shows signs of use, was not pre-approved for return, or lacks required documentation. Return labels, if issued, must be used within fifteen (15) days or the authorization may be voided.
