Shipping policy

We work diligently to ensure each order is processed and delivered in a dependable and timely manner. Because many of our products are manufactured specifically for each customer, stated delivery times represent the estimated number of days a shipment is in transit after it departs our facility and do not include production time.

Shipping Coverage
Apex Custom Covers ships globally and offers complimentary shipping on most orders delivered within the contiguous United States. Shipping availability is subject to carrier serviceability and may be limited in certain locations.

Custom Production Time
All seat covers sold by Apex Custom Covers are produced to order based on the customer’s selected vehicle year, make, and model. Standard production typically takes approximately two weeks; however, during peak seasons or holidays, production may require up to four weeks. Production timelines may vary due to material availability, customization requirements, order volume, or other operational considerations. All production timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Transit Time
Following completion of production and final quality inspection, orders are released for shipment using standard delivery services. Estimated transit time is generally seven to ten business days, though actual delivery timing may vary due to carrier operations, destination, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. Apex Custom Covers utilizes third-party carriers, including FedEx and UPS.

Tracking Information
Tracking information is issued once an order has shipped. Please allow forty-eight to seventy-two hours for tracking activity to appear in the carrier’s system. In some cases, tracking updates may appear delayed, intermittent, or unchanged while the shipment is actively moving through the carrier network. Such updates do not indicate that an order has failed to ship or has been misplaced.

Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if a cancellation request is submitted before production or order processing has begun. Once manufacturing is underway, orders cannot be canceled, altered, or refunded except where required by applicable law. Customers are solely responsible for confirming the accuracy of vehicle details and order selections prior to purchase.

Damaged or Defective Orders
If an order is received with visible shipping damage or a confirmed defect, customers must notify Apex Custom Covers promptly by emailing hello@apexcustomcovers.com and providing the order number along with clear photographic documentation of the issue. After review, Apex Custom Covers may, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement or refund.

Customer Acknowledgment
By placing an order with Apex Custom Covers, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the custom production process, estimated shipping timelines, tracking limitations, and all terms outlined in this policy.
